Terms of Service

Avireum is operated by Avireum LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Avireum LLC governing your use of the Avireum website and apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country if that age is higher. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements. If you add other family members or information about them, you confirm you have a genuine family reason to do so and the authority to provide that information.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Tell us promptly at support@avireum.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Avireum exists to hold the things your family creates — names, dates, relationships, photos, memories, messages, and more (“your content”). You keep ownership of your content. You grant Avireum LLC a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service for you and the family members you share it with — nothing more. You are responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the right to add it, including any information about other people.

Please use Avireum the way it is meant to be used — to build and share a family record with people you are connected to. You agree not to: use the Service to harass, harm, impersonate, or violate the privacy of others; upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing material; collect or add information about people you have no legitimate family reason to record; attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it in any way that breaks the law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of Avireum is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it. Please read it.

We work to keep Avireum running smoothly, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally need to suspend the Service for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avireum LLC and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avireum LLC and its owners and operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of someone else’s rights.

You can stop using Avireum and close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer- protection laws require otherwise. You agree that disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know within the app. Your continued use of Avireum after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
